How long before an Order Ships?
Our smaller products usually will ship within 3 business days.
Utility Carts usually ship within 3 business days.
Furniture will usually ship within 3 - 14 business days but on occasion an extended ship time can be 3-6 weeks.
If at the time of order, we find a furniture item has an extended ship time expected, we will notify you via email.
Prior to the Holiday Season ship times can be extended! Please allow plenty of time when placing Holiday Orders!
How long does it take to receive an Order?
Once an order ships it depends on how far it has to travel and is up to the carrier as to how long it takes to get to you. In most instances items will arrive within a week of shipping.

How do I know what is going on with my Order?
After placing an order with us you will receive a receipt via e-mail with your order number, if you entered a valid email address at the time of placing the order. This order number can be used on our Index Page to access the status of your order and to get the tracking number when it ships. Click on the Order Status Button, then enter your order number. Once your order has been received at our office the Order Status will show "Processing" on the status until it ships. Once it ships it will show when it shipped and the tracking number if it shipped via UPS or FedEx. |
